RULES FOR USE OF THE APARTMENT - HOLIDAY HOUSE
Dear Guest,
below we provide the contents of the regulations for the use of the apartment - holiday house. ApartmentsGarda.it is available for any need for clarification.
GENERAL RULES
● Guests are advised to use the property and all its existing equipment in the indoor and outdoor spaces, with care and scrupulousness, while preserving their integrity.
● It is recommended to maintain a diligent and respectful behavior, so as not to disturb the guests of the neighboring apartments.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
● The apartment will be available to the guest from 03.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be left by max. 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Rates are per day regardless of the time of entry.
● It is mandatory to provide ApartmentsGarda.it with a copy of a valid identity document for each Guest who will stay there.
● ApartmentsGarda.it will provide the Guest with the relevant receipt following payment on the spot.
● It is recommended to carefully keep the keys / access cards to the apartment and the residence entrances. Any loss of the key will result in a charge to be paid by the guest for an amount equal to € 30,00 for each key / card.
PROHIBITIONS
● It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed in open spaces or on the terrace or balcony. Failure to comply with this prohibition, to protect the correct state of the property, will result in a penalty to be paid by the final guest.
● Pets are not allowed, both inside the apartment and in the common areas of all the residence and apartments
● Pets are allowed (max. 10kg) exclusively in Casa Eline
● Parents of children or teenagers, or whoever exercises parental responsibility, are responsible for the acts performed by minors in the areas inside the apartment and in all common areas of the residence. They are required to supervise them, making sure that they maintain a correct and respectful behavior towards other guests
TIMETABLES
● In the time slot between 11.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m. the kind Guests are asked to observe a behavior appropriate to ensure that the rest of the other neighboring guests are not disturbed (including the high tone of voice, the use of clogs or noisy shoes in the rooms, or slamming doors or other noises). Between 11.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m. the use of TV or music is allowed only with moderate volume, so as not to disturb neighboring guests.
● It is forbidden to hold parties with music or organize events in the house.
DEPOSIT
● Upon confirmation of booking is required a deposit starting from € 300,00 for apartments and higher amounts for the villas, by pre-authorization on a credit card, to protect the property in the event of any damage or loss caused by the guest. The deposit will be automatically reversed within 72 hours after departure, following a thorough check of the apartment by one of our representatives.
● Any damage caused to the furnishing components of the apartment or shortages in the supplied equipment will be charged to the guest.
● ApartmentsGarda.it disclaims any responsibility and cannot refund anything for guests' property left inside the apartment or in the common areas of the residence.
FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS AND ASSISTANCE

● Should the guest encounter a failure or malfunction or damage during their stay, they are required to promptly report it, within 24 hours, to the ApartmentsGarda.it office, reporting a detailed description of the problem, preferably accompanied by photos or videos.

● Any damage detected and not properly reported in the manner and on schedule, will be charged to the guest.
● Any damage caused by the Guest to the property (internally or externally), to the furnishing components of the apartment or shortages in the initial equipment supplied, will be charged to the guest..
CLEANING AND LINEN
● The final cleaning of the property will be carried out by the staff of ApartmentsGarda.it. Guests are advised, during their stay, to use all the equipment of the apartment with care, to treat it with care and to leave it as tidy as possible, according to the good rules of diligence of a good family man.
● Should it be necessary to carry out a more thorough cleaning, for any conduct of neglect of the guest during the stay, ApartmentsGarda.it reserves the right to charge the guest an additional amount for any extraordinary cleaning.
● Linen is supplied to the apartment with a complete set of sheets, towels and blankets for each guest (see inventory below). It is forbidden to take away the linen
● from the apartment. Any missing linen will be charged to the final account by the guest.
USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL (where at disposal)
· The swimming pool is for common use with the other guests of the residence. It is recommended to maintain a diligent and respectful behavior towards other guests.
· The pool can be used every day from 09:00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19:00. It is forbidden to use the swimming pool outside the permitted hours.
· Access is allowed only to guests of the residence (checked-in). External guests are not allowed.
· The depth of the pool is 1,40 meters.
· It is mandatory to access the pool by passing through the foot wash basin where there is a shower that must be used before entering the water. In any case, it is forbidden to enter the tub with tanning and protective creams and hair oils without having taken a shower.
· It is forbidden to dive, run on the pool surface, or push other swimmers into the water.
· Smoking is prohibited and it is not possible to consume food or drinks on the pool deck
· It is forbidden to bring food, drinks, bottles, glass objects and other objects not strictly related to bathing into the pool or in the pool garden.
· It is forbidden to enter the pool for people in an altered psychophysical state (drunkenness, drug alterations, etc.) or even in obvious poor health conditions, such as to represent a risk to the safety of the person himself.
· All children under 13 will only be able to access the pool if accompanied by an adult. It is recommended to constantly supervise children.
· It is forbidden to access the swimming pool, using the towels supplied with the apartment.
· For children under the age of 3, as well as for physiologically incontinent users, the use of special containment costumes is mandatory. It is forbidden for younger children to stay near the pool without parents or companions.
· It is advisable to allow an interval of at least 3 hours between the meal and the bathroom
· It is forbidden to play dangerous or disturbing games or exercises to other guests. The use of balls or mats or inflatables is prohibited, in the pool and in the pool garden too.
· It is forbidden to shout or raise one's voice, everyone is required to behave in such a way as not to cause discomfort and harassment to other guests.
· It is forbidden to bring animals in the pool or in the pool area (garden).
· It is forbidden to throw papers, butts or anything else in the water or in the surrounding garden.
· It is forbidden to swim in bad weather conditions
· The management is not responsible in any way for any accidents, injuries, or other, that may happen to swimmers for behavior attributable to them, especially if in violation of this regulation.
· Those who access the pool accept these regulations and the conditions described.
GENERAL ACCESSORIES:
Bins for separate waste collection. It is recommended to respect the due differentiation of waste and the timing of collection, according to the calendar that will be available within the apartment.
Any damage or shortages caused to the equipment provided will be charged to the guest.
The guest declares to have read and accepted the contents of this regulation.
